Fashion and Beauty Blog by Sai Montes: Why am I missing

Did you miss me? I hope so because I missed you all! That's genuinely true and from the bottom of my blogging heart. I can't believe that my last post was during my mom's birthday. I can't believe that it has been that long! So, why am I missing in action?

PRIORITIES. One word explains everything. I have my priorities but don't get me wrong. This blog has been one of them but for some reason I have to sacrifice a little bit for almost a month and endure the temptation to drop everything and just blog (plus when I get the time to blog I just feel so tired and I preferred to just take some rest. You know, I'm an owl so I blog at night 'til dawn and I just can't do that lately).

I just resigned as the Digital Marketing Head of a locally-based digital advertising agency. I was there for almost three years (Was it?) and the people that I've worked with in the past has been my second, if not almost first, family. Resigning is like breaking up with your long time boyfriend. I promise! It's like that! There was even a time when I got a little teary-eyed because my best friend, Teng, played Leaving on a jetplane while I was emptying my locker, which by the way housed my trash since 2010 (harhar!). I'm a brave girl so I tried not to show the sadness but it was with me the entire night.

Brought my son with me during my last day at the office. It was his last visit there. Well not technically last but last visit as mommy's an employee.

Why did I resigned? I need to learn more and an opportunity (*coughs* like my biggest dream) knocked at my door and asked if I'm up for the challenge. With a lot of hesitations and considerations, I ended up saying, "Yes, ~~bitch~~!"

While I was away and busy with my turnovers, I have declined event invites, neglected my personal email, which resulted to hundreds of unanswered emails. I just can't sit down and do my blog routine last month...

BUT...

I was active in Instagram. I treated it as my photo blog. If you're following me then you should know what I mean. Those photos are my sneak peeks of what I'm gonna blog next. And by next I mean starting this week! I still can't promise to blog every day (again, like I used to) but I promise to give you lots of product reviews and tutorials, if I will be blessed with a lot of spare time this month.

I might be blogging 5 things in one post so I can update you of my recent buys, favorites and what not. Excited? Don't be! I might end up not doing them because I'm lazy like that. LOL! Just kidding!

I want to say hi to my on and off-cam (I mean blog) friend, Sara of I Play the Villain. I miss you so much girl and I enjoyed our Valentine's date :P.
