Hey everyone! It's been so long (I feel like it's been a year) since I last blogged here. I've been quite busy but that doesn't mean that I stop thinking about what to blog next. I've been contemplating on my lifestyle and I noticed that it changed (thanks to my boyfriend)!

My boyfriend has been my inspiration when it comes to healthy living! I always wanted to have an active and healthy lifestyle but sometimes I make wrong choices. Now that he's inspiring me and giving me tips on how to achieve my goals, I want to share some of the natural and healthy things that I've been doing.

1. Water! Water! Water! - I drink lots of water right now. Before, I only do this during summer because the hot summer sun is drying all the water in me! Right now, I am really drinking water more. I drink water over sodas (which by the way something that I really love) and coffee (one of my addictions) and believe me it's hard to do this! I can feel my saliva drooling over colas and coffee every time I see someone drinking them :( But that's alright (I always tell myself) because I don't need too much carbonated water and caffeine right now. I actually got the hang of it so every time I have a date with my boyfriend or with my friends, I order water instead of the usual soda and ice tea (I'm referring to the powdered ones)

Yes! The long wait is over! Yuoy is finally here!

Earlier this day, I was surprised when I found an update from Project Head Shot Clinic by the ever-talented Niccolo Cosme in my Facebook newsfeed! The Yuoy photos are now available :) This shoot was held at Ronac Art Center (hope I got that correctly) last year I think (was it? Sorry, I lost track of time) or if not last year it was earlier this year. I was really waiting for these photos because it will be released by the time Yuoy will be released too! I am a huge fan of Pinoy Music (not much of a rocker type though). I am happy that I was once part of this advocacy in supporting Pinoy pride - our own music!

My Senti Sabado: Tag the decades

This is my advanced Senti Sabado hahaha! I constantly am receiving updates from Tender Juicy Hotdog on Facebook and to tell you honestly I actually enjoy their posts! It's like travelling through time! They post cool stuff from the past - 80s, 90s and some old school music or outfit from the early 2000s! I get to remember Banana's in Pajamas and how I use to sing the Tagalog Opening Theme in class during grade school :P

Because I'm a huge fan and lover of Tender Juicy Hotdog I became their fan and I'm glad I am! They actually have a promo entitled Tag the Decades.
