Some of us like to color our hair, treat it with chemicals to either straighten or curl it. I'm guilty of doing that. It seems like I am never satisfied with my hair. When I was in college, I rebonded my hair then after studying I curled it. I think my hair hates me right now.

Four-step smoky eyes palette by The Body Shop

Smoky eyes are one of the most sought-after looks for ladies. You can wear this during parties and special events at night and you can even wear it during the day (try wearing brownish shades and create that beautiful smoky eyes). Check out my product review of The Body Shop's 4-step smoky eyes eye shadow palette in Silver Black.

This palette was given by The Body Shop when I attended their Winter Makeup Trend Event last December 2011. I tried it right away and even used it on my mom's eyes when she performed in her gym's Christmas party. You can check out my makeup tutorial about this one here. So, here are the pros and cons:

Are you summer-ready?

The heat is killing me! Summer is really here and that means one thing --> BEACH! I know most of you are already planning their summer vacay. I think I have one this April :P Of course, you have to be summer-ready when you hit the white sand of Bora!

As a lady, swimwear is a must (I mean proper swimwear). Some of us might prefer their baggy tshirts and board shorts for swimming but wouldn't it be nicer if you show off some skin and look sexy? Haha! My two-piece is ready with my fresh stretchmarks from giving birth. Well, I believe that "sexy" is a state of mind. It's not just about the curves of your body. Who's with me? *wink*

When I say "Look-for-less" I mean getting pieces that you can mix and match, versatile and at the same time affordable and practical. In today's world, we need to be practical (admit it!). Getting expensive pieces is okay but to make it a hobby is a no-no (unless you're the richest person in the world).
