Immuvit’s Run Against Time Campaign

during the Immuvit Run Against Time Event
(My hair here is still black :P)
As I’ve mentioned in my earlier post about Immuvit, I am in my early 20s. I don’t have an active lifestyle. I don’t go to the gym regularly. I eat too much sweet. I eat a lot, by nature, especially when I am stressed and burned out with my day job and about many things.

I am very lucky to have been invited in Immuvit’s event. I believe this is their advocacy event against aging. At an early age, I observe people defying the process of aging especially with all the commercials we see on TV. Its either people go to Belo or Calayan to hide wrinkles and to take away excess fat or they spend thousands of pesos with their medicine of different kinds to make them look young.

Immuvit’s endorser, Coach Jim Saret, together with Coach Russ (I hope I got that right) and Coach Bobby gave us some tips not only in losing weight but fitness per se. I just realized that it doesn’t mean that if you go to the gym regularly or if you are a body builder that you are healthy. Same with how your body looks. It doesn’t mean that if you’re slim, you’re fit. For those of you who are will do anything just to be fit, here are some things I learned during the Immuvit event.

Immuvit is a multivitamin. It’s not your ordinary over-the-counter multivitamin. It has three main components: CoQ10, Siberian Ginseng and Korean RPC Ginseng. The third ginseng is not just a Korean Ginseng. With the “RPC” letters in it means that it’s really effective.

Supplements are very important to being fit. In today’s world, you will not get the entire right vitamin and minerals your body needs to keep going with all the free radicals and pollution of our society. That’s where Immuvit comes in.

Detoxification is very important. It is very natural of us to just take in vitamins and minerals because we saw it on TV. We forget one important thing – detoxify. Our body will not absorb all the vitamins and minerals we are taking if we don’t detoxify. So before taking any multivitamins, try detoxifying first.

Set your expectation and have a mind set. If you think you’re just 20, you’ll feel and act like you are in your 20s. You have to set your daily goals for your health. Your goals should be attainable. Push yourself to its limit every day until you reach the desired level of crunches or running time for your age.
Immuvit hosted some mini games before the event proper.
Coach Jim and Coach Russ also demonstrated the easiest way to burn those extra fats, be healthy and fit – the Metafit. I am really amazed with how this exercise is designed. I can say that one of the reasons why I don’t go to the gym regularly is because I have no time. Besides, it’s quite expensive if you really want to be enrolled in a well-equipped gym with well-trained trainers. You can do this in less than 10 minutes. I tried this at home and this is my own routine as per Coach Russ’ instructions:

1. 100 jumps with my jumping rope
2. 10 squats
3. 20 wall push ups

Believe me this is the easiest way to burn fat and be younger. I will not see the “younger” effect since I’m still young but I told this Metafit routine to my dad and he’ll try it too!

You can do the same thing I am currently doing. There’s actually a whole science behind this Metafit exercise. Our body will secrete a hormone that will make you look younger. Now, I am so glad that I found the easiest and the cheapest way to looking younger than ever. Though looking younger is not my goal because I’m still young, I find this beneficial because I want to invest in my health as early as possible plus I want to look sexy of course hahahaha!

I really had fun in this event! I learned a lot especially with my exercise and running concerns. I hope this will help me develop a healthier Sai. I am currently doing some situps, a lot of jumping with my jumping rope, squats and push ups at home and luckily I get positive comments about the results. I am determined to try this Metafit routine for a month and I’ll post the results here so follow this blog or my updates for my “after Metafit” post. Of course, I’ll continue taking my Immuvit. So far, this is the only multivitamin that caught my attention. Cheers to a healthier us!
