I am one of the privileged people from the media to cover this event. Aside from the fact that my crush, Sam Milby, is Blue Water Day Spa’s newest endorser, I am really interested in attending events about health and wellness.

It is very evident that health and wellness is a booming market both locally and internationally and there’s actually a science behind it. People nowadays are getting more and more conscious on how they look and if they are aging in a very young way (okay, that’s odd). Beauty spas are very in as well as body and other kinds of spas.

Sam Milby, Mikaela Lagdameo, Karylle, Akihiro Sato, Boom Labrusca, Daniel Matsunaga, Fabio Ide, Coach Rio dela Cruz are just within my reach! Major blush!

Blue Water Day Spa actually change endorsers yearly but they decided to renew the contracts of Karylle Tatlonghari and Boom Labrusca (I’m not a big fan of Karylle though so this great news has no effect on me).

If you’re always on the go I bet you’re always, if not most of the time, stressed out with work and other extra activities you have on the side. Stress is one of the factors that slows us down and makes us age faster. Oh no! So what can we do about it? Here’s another thing that you have to watch out for. If you’re like me, who loves running or is interested in running, Blue Water Day Spa will have a Fun Run on October 17, 2010 at the SM Mall of Asia grounds. This activity will include 3k, 5k and 10k distance run. There will also be other activities on sports, fitness and fashion. Loads of freebies await guests and participants.

To participate in the Fun Run are the present endorsers Sam and Mikaela together with Karylle, Akihiro Sato, Boom Labrusca, Daniel Matsunaga, Fabio Ide, Coach Rio dela Cruz with the special participation of Sen. Pia Cayetano, Kiko Rustia, Coach Alfrancis Chua and 40 Brazilian model endorsers (now this I have to see hahahaha)

If I’m lucky enough, I’ll be one of the runners here. Wish me luck because I still have to talk to someone to put my name in the list as one of the participants :P
