Fashion: PFW Wrangler Collection for Holiday 2011

By Sai

Hey Fashionistas! Here's my latest fashion event coverage from the Philippine Fashion Week. I was invited to cover the Wrangler My Fit, My Edge fashion show last Friday at the SM Mall of Asia. I had so much fun watching models pose and showcase Wrangler's latest collection for the holiday this year.

Basically, Wrangler showcased four of their latest designs for us:
  • Ace is a nod to cool and laid-back men, which features subtle designs of clean-cut lines, basic silhouettes, and muted colors. Inspired by the 1950s preppy fashion, the jeans were paired with classic button-down shirts and polos, and accentuated with a sport coat or a narrow tie.
  • Energy-driven and adventurous men have Crank to book, the styles of which reflect the music-fueled fashion of the 1980s, when biker looks dominated the streets; and when the creative combination of a statement shirt, a pair of combat boots, and some metal-induced hardcore accessories allowed men to don to that coveted rock star image.
  • Stoke was a fitting selection for women with classic and sophisticated tastes - a well-deserved nod to the polished and put together lady who knows what she wants and is always in control.
  • Molly was made for the adrenaline-driven, fun-loving female, with jeans from this line cleverly combining girly yet alluring details to create feminine but fierce looks. The basic pair of jeans can be effortlessly flaunted with the wearer's playful nature and innate flair for style.
Do you like their jeans? I love how they treated their jeans! Watch out for my next video! I will be covering the Penshoppe show later :) For more updates, subscribe to my fashion and beauty channel!
